Our return policy is quite simple. We have a few rules to follow when requesting a RMA (return merchandise authorization).
Purchased product(s) must be returned within 30 days and packages (Master's, Small Biz, etc.) within 90 days.
Purchased product(s) must be un-opened in their original packaging to be accepted for return.
We do not reimburse shipping costs to return an item.
No returns/refunds/exchanges on gold or silver wire products.
All return items must have an RMA number to be accepted.
