wirejewelry.com wants you to have the best jewelry making supplies, for the lowest prices--and we don't want to keep you waiting! Here you'll find all the shipping information for international and US orders. Our shipping costs are designed to cover the cost of shipping only; the shipping department is here to serve you, not make more money. All orders are shipped from our Ogden, Utah warehouse. If you have any questions, you can reach us at 1-877-636-0608 between 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time, Monday - Friday (Eastern Time -2 hours). Our average order processing time is one to two days. We make every effort to process every order by the end of the business day the order was placed. Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot provide a Saturday delivery option.

If an order is placed during a big promotion or sale, please expect a slight delay in the processing time due to the heavy amount of orders, especially on orders containing cut wire, because the wire is hand-cut after your order is placed to ensure premium quality.

Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to include your physical address if you choose UPS as your shipping method.

Here's the breakdown for US customers:

Spend up to $150: Pay just $4.95 in shipping on every order, regardless of weight and size!
And yes- this includes Alaska and Hawaii. US orders will be shipped via USPS.
Spend over $150: Free reliable USPS Priority Mail to the US. Priority Mail usually arrives within 2-3 days.

Of course, you can opt for more expedited shipping, at a higher rate; please see below for our shipping options. We make every effort to process expedited orders within one business day.

International Orders

All international order costs are based on weight and destination. Please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and/or customs fees for your country. Free shipping and $4.95 shipping rate offers only valid for US addresses (see above).

International Customers, Excluding Canada:

We are now able to offer weight-based shipping via USPS First Class Mail. The rates are as follows:

General International Shipping Rates (based on UK and Australian destinations)

up to 1 pound:    $11.39
up to 2 pounds:    $18.55
up to 3 pounds:    $25.71
up to 4 pounds:    $32.87

Maple Leaf Canadian Customers:

We offer weight-based shipping via USPS First Class Mail. The rates are as follows:

Canadian Shipping Rates By Pound

0-1 pound:    $6.26 per pound
1-2 pounds:    $5.58 per pound
2-3 pounds:    $5.35 per pound
3-4 pounds:    $5.24 per pound

For packages weighing over 4 pounds, UPS and USPS Priority Mail are more cost-effective options. You'll be able to review all available shipping options at checkout.

Handling Fee

We strive to have the lowest possible shipping costs for you--but due to our large volume of orders, we must add a small handling fee of $1.75, on all orders with a subtotal of less than $75. However, on orders with a subtotal greater than $75, we'll cheerfully waive the $1.75 handling fee.

F.A.Q.

When will my package arrive?

Depending on your location, it usually takes between 2 and 8 days from the day you place your order to the day you receive it. International orders may take more time.

Whether you choose USPS (the Post Office) or UPS as your carrier, you will receive an email from that shipping company with your tracking number. This email is sent as soon as your order has been processed. By using the tracking number in the email, you can track the location and estimated arrival time of your package.

From time to time, we offer presales on products that are still in production. We will list the expected shipping period along with any presale offers. Orders that contain presold products will not ship until that product arrives at our warehouse. We recommend ordering supplies separately from the presale product(s) if you need them sooner. If you would like the rest of your order to ship before the presold product, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-636-0608.

What if one of my items in my order is out of stock?

If you place an order for a product that is not in stock, it may place your order on backorder, and you may be eligible for a refund. If the product will be back in stock within a week, we will hold the order and ship the whole order together. If the product will not be back in stock soon, you will receive an email notification or a phone call. Please add customerservice@wirejewelry.com to your email address book or contacts to ensure you receive this email.

I just ordered the Free DVD, will I have to pay shipping and handling fees?

At times we do offer Free - Promotional items that can have their own shipping charges associated. These charges will be listed on the shipping page as you check out and will be included in your shipping total of you order.

Can't you just throw my wire in the mail?

All our jewelry wire, including our gold filled and sterling silver wire, is hand-cut for premium quality. This means we don't cut your wire until after you place the order. This level of quality does take time. We strive to ship all wire orders within 1 business day of the order being placed, but it can take up to 2 or 3 days for wire orders to ship from our warehouse.

Can you hold my Daily Deal order from one day and ship it later in the week, when I've added more Daily Deals to my cart?

We're sorry, but we cannot hold orders like that at this time. While we are working with our programmers and warehouse staff to make this possible in the future, please be aware that the Daily Deal sale price is only valid for that day, and cannot be honored after the item is taken off discount.

Do you charge tax?

We charge a 6.85% sales tax for all Utah orders.
