Instructions:
- Cut 2 pieces of 21 gauge round wire. One piece 6 inches long and the other 7 inches long. With a ring mandrel or large round pliers, find the center of each piece of wire and form a horse shoe.

- With your round nose pliers, put a loop towards the inside of each 7 inch and 6 inch horseshoe. Using the same round nose pliers, at about 1/2 inch from each loop, bend the wire towards the outside until the top loop touches the outside of the horseshoe. Do this for all four horseshoes.

- Take the 8 inches of square wire, twist the wire and cut into 4, 2 inch pieces. Using round pliers, loop each end of the wire. Take you ring mandrel and slightly bend the wire to form a quarter circle.
- Take the 4 mm gemstones and set them into the 4 mm snapsets. Put aside.
- Take the 7 inch horseshoe and two of the twisted wires and wrap the twisted quarter circles to the 7 inch horseshoe where the loops are. Do this for all four loops.
- With a 2 inch piece of 26 gauge wire, run it through the bottom of the snap set so there are three prongs on the top touching the 7 inch horseshoe and wrap the snapset to the horseshoe.

- Take the 6mm jump rings and placing the smaller horseshoe inside the larger one, attach them with two jump rings at the bottom loop of the smaller horseshoe to the larger loop of the larger horseshoe. This will enable the pieces to swing.

- Cut the 8 inch wire into 2, 4 inch pieces. Run the round wire through the drilled gemstone about 1 1/2 inches and place a 90 degree bend in the wire at the back of the stone with your flat nose pliers.
- Using your round nose pliers begin to form a loop at the tip of the 1-1/2 inch wire at the front of the stone.
- Use your flat nose pliers and begin to roll the loop to form a pinwheel. This will hold the gemstone on the wire and allow it to move freely to prevent it from chipping. Do this to both gemstones

- Place the gemstone between the two large loops on the small horseshoe and with your half round wire wrap the three pieces together allowing the gemstone to hang in the middle of the earring. Cut the top of the wire down to 1/2 inch and take your round nose pliers and put a loop in the top of the earring.
- Attach the dangle earrings to any type of ear wire or non-pierce earring holder.
- Tumble if the stone is hard, and polish.
