Skill Level: Beginner/All
I have seen slide bracelets such as these, made using leather and thought I would do one in metal. It's really quick, easy and as much fun to make as it is to wear!
Straighten, measure, and cut one 12-inch piece of 12-gauge round, half-hard wire.

Overlap the wire around the largest part of bracelet mandrel or other round object, (between 2.5 and 3” in diameter).
Measure 1/2 “ from each end and bend wire away from bracelet. (Note: photo shows more than ½”, just for clarity.)
Using largest section of round nose pliers, bend one end of wire up, over, and around opposite bracelet wire. Repeat with other side.
Slide bracelet “open” to take on and off. Snug bracelet “closed” once on wrist.
