How to Access Your Streaming Videos on WireJewelry.com

1. On WireJewelry.com, at the top right of the screen, click 'Sign In' then 'Login' from the drop-down menu.
2. On the login page, enter your Username and Password. Note: If you've just purchased something from WireJewelry.com, we've automatically created an account for you. Check your email for login details or give our Customer Service team a call at 877-636-0608 and they'd be happy to help you.
3. Once you've logged in, there are two places you can click to access your Streaming Videos:
   • The first is the big green button that says 'My Online Videos'.
   • The second can be found under 'My Account' in the top right of the screen. Click it, and you'll see 'My Streaming Videos' in the drop-down menu.
4. On the 'Your Streaming Videos' page, you'll see a list of the streaming products you've purchased from WireJewelry.com. You can click on the image or the 'Click to Watch' text to load that video's page and start watching. Note: If your video includes any additional notes, kits, or supplies, you will see them listed under the corresponding video.
