Consistent Earwire Pairs
While making ear wires, consistency is so important. When you are making by hand, the little touches mean a lot in regards to quality. I always want ear wires that are as close to the same as I can get them.
Instructions
One way that I do this is to make all the ear wires at one time, usually in stages.
I cut all the lengths at the same time. Then do the first loop at the same time.

The most important part is the final bending part. I bend two ear wires at the same time, using the round nose pliers.

After I make the final bend of the ear wires, I then attach them together at the loop, so it is easy to find that matched set when it is time to use them.
One time, I made 40 single ear wires and then had to try to match up the singles.
