Clothespin Tools
My father used clothespins for a number of projects in his wood shop. Just like him, I have a bucket of clothespins in my wood shop and am always finding a use for them. On my jewelry bench they make great light duty clamps that do not mar wood, gemstones or metal.
Instructions
Flip the wood pieces of a standard clothes pin around to get a completely different clamp. Cut the ends off one clothespin and attach them to another clothespin to make a clamp for a larger object. Remove the spring completely and the clothespin becomes a great bezel pusher. Google "Clothespin Wire Stripper" for instruction on how to make a stripper tool for coated copper electrical wire. The uses are endless!
