Instructions

Step 1

Cut a16 inch (40 cm) base wire of the 18ga (1 mm) wire.

Bend it in half as shown here.

Step 2

Cut an 8 inch (20 cm) long weaving wire of the 26ga (0.4 mm) wire.

Wrap the initial end of it 3 times around the bent center of the base wire.

Step 3

Add a 4mm bead to the weaving wire.

Step 4

Bend both base wire ends to the sides, bending them close to the bead.

Step 5

Wrap the weaving wire once around the crossing point of the base wire ends.

Step 6

Add another bead to the weaving wire, of the same size. (Alternatively, you could alternate different size beads.)

Step 7

Bend both base wire ends all around the bead, until they cross over each other below the bead. Wrap the weavingwire once around the crossing point of the base wires.

Step 8

Repeat these steps until you add 6 beads in total, then cut off the extra weaving wire end.

Step 9

Position the beaded wires in horizontal, then bend both base wires to the right side direction, making them parallel.

Keep a 0.3 cm distance between these 2 base wire ends.

Step 10

Cut 5 wires of the 26ga (0.4 mm) wire, with the length of 10 inches (25 cm) each.

Step 11

Hold these 5 weaving wires together, making sure that the ends of them are aligned.

Position the center of them behind the base wires, as shown here.

Step 12

Take the left weaving wire end on the upper side, separate it from the other wires.

Step 13

Bend this left upper weaving wire end downwards, bending it over the upper base wire and behind the lower base wire.

Step 14

Now position it close to the other weaving wire ends on the lower side.

Step 15

Take the left weaving wire end on the lower side, separate it from the other wires.

Step 16

Bend this left lower weaving wire end upwards, bending it over the lower base wire and behind the upper base wire.

Step 17

Now move this weaving wire close to the other weaving wires on the upper side.

Step 18

Repeat the same steps with the other weaving wire ends as well.

Step 19

Follow the same weaving steps until you have a 2.4 inches (6 cm) long woven part.

Step 20

Now again repeat the same weaving step with the left upper weaving wire, then wrap it once around the lower base wire.

Step 21

Cut off the extra weaving wire end, then pressure it with your pliers until it is completely closed.

Step 22

Now again repeat the same weaving step with the left lower weaving wire, then wrap it once around the upper base wire.

Step 23

Cut off the extra weaving wire end, then pressure it with your pliers until it is completely closed.

Step 24

Repeat these steps with all the remaining weaving wire ends.

Position the wire structure in vertical and bend the base wire ends to the opposite directions as shown here.

Step 26

Cut another weaving wire with the length of 8 inches (20 cm).

Wrap the initial end of it 2 times around the crossing point of the base wires.

Step 27

Repeat the same beading steps until you add another 6 beads, then cut off the extra weaving wire ends.

Bend both base wire ends to the opposite directions, as shown here.

Leave a 0.5 cm long end on both base wires, cut off the extra wire ends.

With the help of your pliers bend both wire ends inwards, making a small loop with them, as shown here and on the next picture.

This is the result we must get.

Step 32

Position the center of the ring over the ring mandrel.

Step 33

Bend both ends of the ring backwards.

Step 34

Continue to bend the ends of the ring all around the mandrel, as shown here and on the next picture.

Step 35

This is the result we must get.

Your beautiful ring is ready.

She began to create decorations and wire masks, but her interest was quickly complemented by the creation of jewelry of all kinds. Since last year she no longer travels, but lives with her family in the middle of nature, with her own garden and her animals. Her dream is to travel all over the world to teach in person as well.
