Instructions
Step 1
Cut two 6" segments of 20-gauge silver plated medium hard round wire.

Step 2
Use your round nose pliers to form a loop in the end of both wires.

Looping the wires together helps maintain symmetry.

Quick tip: Try to work with the curve of your wire.

Step 3
This step is optional.

Use the flat end of the chasing hammer to flatten just the loop of your wires on your bench block.

Step 4
Add 29 beads to each wire.

Step 5
Make sure the beads are flush with no gaps.

Grasp the wires just past the top bead with your flat nose pliers.

Bend them into a rounded 'V' shape. See photo.

Step 6
Working with both earrings, use your 3/4" dowel to form the beaded wire halves into a curved shape.

Step 7
Use your fingers to gently compress the curve as in the photo.

Leave a 1/4" gap between the beaded and open wires.

Step 8
You can leave the wire tails longer or opt to cut them a little shorter with the wire cutters.

Step 9
Use a wire rounder tool to round the open ends of both earrings.

This makes them comfortable when threaded in the ear.
