Glow-in-the-dark Bracelet and Earring Set

I used 26 8mm round glow-in-the-dark beads for one bracelet. Seven 13mm star beads and 21 6mm round beads for another bracelet. I used six, 6mm round beads, and four 13mm star beads to make the earrings. You can find these beads online, on Etsy, for instance.

Use the heavy-duty wire shears to cut a few bracelet forms from the memory wire. Leave at least an inch or more to over lap the edges. Use the round-nose pliers to curl one end into a loop.

Add one bead. Slide it to the end of the wire with the loop. Cut an 18 inch piece of the 26-gauge wire.

Thread the wire through the bead, loop it around the end of the memory wire then back through the bead. Cut off remaining wire.

Hold on tight to the bead then gently wrap the 26g wire twice around the memory wire. You can continue in this manner, stringing a bead onto both the memory wire and the fine wire and wrapping the fine wire a couple times between each bead.

Or you can thread the 26-gauge wire through the second bead, then wrap the fine wire a couple times around the memory wire, which lashes the beads onto the outer edge of the memory wire. Continue with whichever manner you choose.

When all the beads have been added to the memory wire, thread the last bead through with the wire, wrap the end of the memory wire, then thread the wire back through the bead. Cut off any remaining wire.

Use the round-nose pliers to curl a final loop around the end of the memory wire.

Use the 18-gauge silver craft wire to cut two pieces of 2 inch wire. Curl a tiny loop onto the end of each wire. Thread the beads and stars
through the wire then make a simple loop in the top of the wire.

Open the loop on each of the ear wires. Attach the top loop of the dangle to the ear wire. Close the loop.
