Color Inspiration - Vail Village

One of my favorite places to visit year-round is Vail, Colorado. With architecture inspired by the mountain villages of Bavaria, this beautiful town offers some of my favorite summertime adventures, like mountain biking, exploring hiking trails, or simply basking in the sun on an outdoor patio with a cold beverage in hand. And though I don't like to ski, I still enjoy visiting during colder seasons, too. Winters in Vail provide a special charm--when it snows, it feels as if the world has turned into a magical snow globe.

This photo of Vail and its chalets reminds me of the times my husband and I have enjoyed a stroll down the stone walkway through the center of town. I selected a color palette with blues, greens, and yellows and created a memory wire bracelet with African jade rounds and an assortment of pressed-glass and faceted-glass beads. The variety of bead finishes provides an interesting mix of textures for a fun, wearable bracelet that's perfect with any outfit.
