Once you've seen a glacier in person, the deep blues and crystal shimmers are forever embedded in your mind. It's simply stunning beyond description if you're a jewelry maker and use magnificent colors as inspiration.
The various shades of icy blue are the show stopper in this piece.

I find it challenging to capture shades in my jewelry at times so I select different colors for all the components.

This chain is no exception. I used 2 different colored size 6 seed beads and 4mm crystals for the links.

I also made the necklace large enough to go over my head so I don't need a clasp but you can always adapt the pattern to include one if you desire.

The focal is optional as it looks great as a simple chain.
