Have you responded to my email or ticket?

We often hear from customers that they did not get a response from us after submitting a support ticket. More often than not emails coming and going are being blocked by various email filters from your ISP or on your computer. Wire-sculpture put a ticket system in place so that if your email did get deleted or put in the SPAM folder, we would always have a record of your ticket on our server. If you ever need to view a response from our staff, simply log in to our ticket system and retrieve the responses by date, ticket ID, subject etc.
