This week’s featured tool from JewelryTools.com is the Rawhide Mallet,Size 0 – HAM-420.00

This mallet is American-made of the finest rawhide impregnated with shellac.

Used for stamping and hammering metals that must not be scratched.

The handle is made of select ash. Face diameter is 1″ with a head weight of 2 ounces.

Other mallet sizes range from 1 – 4, with face diameters ranging from 1/1/4″ to 4 ” .
